Straight Shot Solutions LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through straightshotsolution.com and our booking forms, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number and class details you provide when you book, sign a waiver or contact us. For CPW Firearms Safety courses, we also collect the information needed to verify your eligibility and record your results in CPW's Firearms Safety System. We don't collect your date of birth unless CPW requires it for SSF course records.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
- Website data: Our website is hosted by Surge and may use cookies and similar tools to analyze traffic and improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To schedule and run your class, send confirmations, reminders and class details
- To issue course certificates and, for CPW courses, report pass/fail results to Colorado Parks and Wildlife as required
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To send occasional updates about classes, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Fillout/Zite for booking forms, Stripe for payments, Surge for website hosting and our email provider), with government agencies when required for a course you take (such as CPW's Firearms Safety System), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep class and waiver records as long as CPW or the sheriff requires, and for our business records, for up to 7 years. After that, we delete or securely dispose of them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Email us at straightshotsolutionsllc@gmail.com.
Children
Our classes are for adults 18 and older; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Class photos
We may take photos and video during class and use them on our website, social media and promotional materials, as described in our waiver. You can opt out at any time by emailing straightshotsolutionsllc@gmail.com; opting out applies to future use.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
